BRIDGE THE INTEGRITY GAP WITH OSACO GROUP

Is there a gap between the aims, values, and stated intentions of your organisation and the way the people within it behave?

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO BRIDGE THE GAP AND SUPPORT ETHICAL WORKPLACES?

If the gap becomes too wide and you end up in a situation where harm occurs (fraud, corruption, harassment, injury….) what will you do? You can use the OSACO Integrity Unit to proactively and reactively bridge the integrity gap between behaviour and ethical workplaces.

WHAT IS AN INTEGRITY UNIT?

An Integrity Unit provides the key steps to integrity for an organisation.

It works proactively to set up training, systems, policies, and organisational learning to set the groundwork for values-based organisations to function effectively, transparently, and ethically. Once you are working with an Integrity Unit proactively and have a shared understanding, if an issue does ‘fall into the gap’ you can activate your Integrity Unit to respond reactively to help you detect, investigate, and manage issues and the people involved in them.

WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Integrity is an asset, a measurement of alignment and, increasingly, a bottom-line requirement.

Just as businesses and organisations have had to quantify their carbon footprint and demonstrate the measures they are taking to measure, reduce, and mitigate that footprint in order to access key markets and supplier agreements, so too they are rapidly being required to demonstrate that they are ethically positive. That is where an Integrity Unit comes in. You do not need to have an in-house Integrity Unit and all the costs that come with maintaining an in-house resource of that kind.
