Consultant, Safeguarding / Human rights Specialist

Ms. Laetitia Carelle Goli is Ivorian and graduate in law. Devoted to improving the rights of the women in Cote d’Ivoire and the Africa Region, she has previously worked as Feminism Officer at the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation.

Laetitia also works as the Legal Officer of the Ivorian League for Women’s Rights, an Ivorian NGO that provides the holistic management of the impact of violence against women and also conducts training and awareness campaigns on safeguarding. She empowers women and communities through raising awareness of relevant issues via the media and social media training.

Since 2020, she has been a consultant with OSACO Group conducting safeguarding reviews and investigations into and training in the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and sexual harassment. Laetitia has worked extensively through both the French and English-speaking regions of Africa. She is committed to working with organisations to create internationally benchmarked standard safeguarding practices and responses.
