Alfred Zebi
OSACO Africa Office Director
An Ivorian national, Alfred Zebi has extensive international experience as a lawyer initially based in Paris, advising governments and private entities. He then acted as general counsel for an advisory entity attached to the Presidency of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, advising extensively on large-scale public and private partnership projects.
Sean Buckley
Co-founder and OSACO Africa Co-director
Sean began his career as a police detective in New Zealand before moving to the UN, investigating political assassinations in the Middle East. His investigative assignments extended into work within UN agencies and international NGOs and has now expanded beyond the humanitarian world into other sectors.
Laetitia Carelle Goli
Consultant, Safeguarding/Human Rights Specialist
Ms. Laetitia Carelle Goli is Ivorian and graduate in law. Devoted to improving the rights of the women in Cote d’Ivoire and the Africa Region, she has previously worked as Feminism Officer at the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
Laetitia also works as the Legal Officer of the Ivorian League for Women’s Rights, an Ivorian NGO that provides the holistic management of the impact of violence against women and also conducts training and awareness campaigns on safeguarding. She empowers women and communities through raising awareness of relevant issues via the media and social media training.
Alain Koffi
Head of ESG
Alain Koffi (French and Ivorian) is an international business lawyer with more than 25 years of experience (New York Bar), and more than 10 years in investigation, anti-corruption, and dispute resolution in developing countries.
After working for the African Development Bank, from 2006 to 2008 Alain worked as a legal consultant for the Investigation Section (OAI) of UNDP in New York; where he conducted various investigations on cases of alleged wrongdoings in the UNDP field offices in Sub-Saharan Africa.
OSACO Africa also has Africa-based consultants located in Congo and Nigeria covering finance, compliance, and cyber security.
Daniel Beaudoin
Global Head of Support
UK-based Daniel Beaudoin joined OSACO in 2020. He has a background in aviation and leisure travel, including airport station logistics, having worked with both a leading global travel provider and a small, independent regional carrier.
Daniel works closely with OSACO’s clients and the business’ directors and consultants to ensure that all administrative aspects of the business run smoothly.
Marie Josette Zebi
OSACO Africa Administration Assistant
Based in the Africa office in Abidjan, Marie runs the daily administration of the office, under the supervision of Daniel.
