OSACO Group is a specialist in workplace and investigations training which supports the creation and maintenance of safer and more ethical workplaces.
With over 30 years of experience in investigating cases of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH), child abuse, workplace violence, fraud and corruption, OSACO provides standardised and certified training programmes in investigative practices, and a range of intelligence analysis learning options from entry to specialist level.
We can also easily create bespoke training curated to your specific needs.

Investigations Training
OSACO’s Certified Training Programme for Misconduct Investigations is a gold standard training option, based on over 10 years of consistently outstanding feedback.
Our Certified Training Programme focusses on general misconduct investigations, and can be tailored to focus on Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) or fraud and corruption. It enables investigators of all skill levels to enhance both their abilities and confidence to conduct thorough and effective workplace investigations. This training is also applicable to investigations beyond the internal workplace.
For that reason, it has been utilised by NGOS, INGOs, the private sector as well as independent investigators worldwide.
Comprising four days of face-to-face (online or in-person) training facilitated by experienced investigators/trainers, OSACO’s training provides certification and re-certification options, and is supported by optional supplemental coaching and mentoring.
Intelligence Analysis Training
Whether you are entry-level or expert, our range of Intelligence Analysis training options can enhance your competency and expertise.
Intelligence Analysis is the creation of information products that support decision-making in law enforcement and policing, crime prevention and reduction, and other associated areas.
Our practical and hands-on training includes subjects such as Open-Source Intelligence Skills (OSINT) Fundamentals, Intelligence Analysis Tools (Foundation and Advanced) and specialist courses, e.g. Working with Graphic Material. All subjects can be undertaken online or face-to-face.
Whilst courses are generally designed for those undertaking intelligence analysis, or threat and risk assessments, these courses can also be tailored for managers of staff conducting this work.
Open Attendance Investigations Training Events
Our open trainings enable individual registration, rather than requiring a home organisation to host its own training. These training events take place in various international locations, supporting participants around the world to create safer workplaces in their own communities.
Currently we offer open trainings with a focus on Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) investigations, or more general Certified Investigator training applicable to wider workplace issues.
OSACO training options cover the principles and applications of comprehensive and ethical investigation. There is also the possibility of becoming fully certified.
Bespoke Training
As international specialists in investigative training, we also develop training to meet specific needs.
Recent bespoke trainings include: De-Escalation (for dealing with difficult, abusive or non-compliant people); Safe at Work (for dealing with members of the public); and School-Related Gender-Based Violence (SRGBV) and investigating Fraud and Corruption in the workplace.
