Kima Tuialii
About Me
Kima Tuialii joined OSACO Group in July 2022. Kima has nearly a decade of experience in criminal law, beginning her legal career at the Serious Fraud Office where she worked exclusively on serious and complex fraud and corruption cases.
Kima then worked as a Crown Prosecutor where she prosecuted serious crime and ran jury trials for a number of years. Following this, Kima led a Catholic case study for the NZ Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions. That investigation focused on historic sexual abuse of vulnerable children in both State and Faith-based Care. Kima has worked extensively with victims of serious sexual violence and is experienced in conducting sensitive interviews in a range of different environments.
Kima specialises in safeguarding investigations and workplace misconduct investigations. She is also a Barrister sole based in Auckland. Kima contributes high-level investigative skills and has a proven ability to establish the truth.
